The 6 golden rules
1. Pay only through the app's Pay button
The OMR Mitra app shows our official UPI ID on the payment screen and opens your UPI app with everything pre-filled. That UPI ID is the ONLY official one. Any other account number, QR code or UPI ID sent to you by anyone is a fraud.
2. We never take payment on WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp (+91 63526 38389) is only for talking — questions, activation help, support. No OMR Mitra team member will ever ask you to send money to a WhatsApp number or to a person on WhatsApp. If someone does — it is not us.
3. We never ask for OTP, PIN, or card details
Nobody from OMR Mitra will ever ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card number, CVV, or bank password — on WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or email. Anyone asking for these is trying to steal from you.
4. Verify the payee name before entering your PIN
When you tap Pay in the app, your UPI app (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm) shows the payee's registered name. Check that it matches the name our team confirms to you on WhatsApp. Name doesn't match? Stop and message us before paying.
5. Your key arrives from 3 places — keep all of them
After payment, your phone unlocks automatically in the app (no key typing needed). As backup, the key is delivered BOTH on WhatsApp from +91 63526 38389 AND by email from support@omrmitra.in. If you receive a "key" from any other number or email — it is fake, and fake keys simply fail verification in the app.
6. The app comes only from omrmitra.in
Download the OMR Mitra app only from our official website (omrmitra.in). We do not sell through other sites, and we never charge for "premium APKs" or "unlock files" from anywhere else.
How paying works, step by step
In the app, choose your plan (30-Day Pass ₹1,000 or Lifetime ₹15,000) and tap Pay via UPI — your UPI app opens with the amount and payee pre-filled.
Check the payee name, enter your PIN, done. Note the UTR / reference number from the payment receipt.
Enter the UTR in the app and submit. Keep the app open — your scanner unlocks automatically once we verify the payment (usually within minutes during working hours).
Your key is also sent on WhatsApp and email for your records. If anything doesn't arrive, message us — a real person replies.
Our side of the promise
- We activate a pass only after verifying the actual bank credit — never on a screenshot alone.
- Every license key is cryptographically signed and locked to your phone — it cannot be forged, and it cannot be reused on another device.
- We check that one payment is never used to unlock two phones.
